  • Drive product strategy execution aligned with lifecycle and brand objectives
  • Design and challenge tactical plans to ensure strategic alignment
  • Support tactical execution with cross-functional collaboration
  • Monitor and analyze budget performance and ensure financial accuracy
  • Achieve sales targets through effective marketing and operational support
  • Track market share growth across disease areas
  • Ensure full compliance in tactic development and execution
  • Leverage digital and multichannel tools to enhance brand visibility
  • Communicate effectively across teams to support brand initiatives
  • Own financial deliverables including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting
  • Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong operations and project management capabilities
  • Deep understanding of standard operating procedures and compliance
  • Strategic thinking with ability to translate plans into execution
  • Fluency in English and Spanish for effective communication
  • Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Desirable Requirements
  • Experience in budget execution and tactical plan analysis to support brand growth
